RAJ WILL is a sound artist, audio engineer, production manager and creative entrepreneur operating at the intersection of live events, music production and education. As the founder of Beyond Average Sound, he develops audio experiences across both stage and studio while building infrastructure for the next generation of creators.
Having worked with the Hip-Hop Education Center to create the K-12 Hip-Hop Music Education Guidelines, Raj Will currently leads the development of Activating Inner Muse(A.I.M.)—an arts, media and entertainment education initiative designed to create real-world pathways for underserved youth, partnering with The Sola Foundation in South Central, LA while also co-developing a Music Supervision course alongside DJ Paul Stewart.
In studio and live production, Raj has served as an audio engineer for artists such as Ne-Yo, Kay Cola, JPEGMAFIA, Saweetie, Normani, Bankrol Hayden toured with Mario on the Mary J. Blige “For My Fans” Tour and worked as Production Manager for El DeBarge. His work is defined by a commitment to excellence, scalable creative systems and building infrastructure that supports artists and the next generation of industry professionals.
