Raj Will is a Los Angeles–based sound artist, producer, audio engineer, songwriter, and entrepreneur with extensive experience across music production, live events, and media. He began his career as a percussionist performing on major television productions including the American Music Awards and America’s Best Dance Crew. After graduating from The Los Angeles Recording School, he worked as a mixing engineer and songwriter with placements on MTV and Oxygen shows such as Bad Girls Club and Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Raj later became a recording engineer and studio manager for R&B artist Ne-Yo’s Compound Entertainment, gaining hands-on experience with major artists, producers, and songwriters. After the studio closed in 2016, he launched his own production company, Beyond Average Sound, expanding into audio engineering, music production, live events, podcast production, and broadcast content.
Today, Raj serves as CEO and Executive Producer of Beyond Average Sound, tours as a live sound engineer, and contributes to music education as an instructor and program coordinator for the Audio Production program in Compton Unified School District. His work in education has also led to collaboration with the Save The Music Foundation
